An early morning horse ride, a Champagne breakfast and a perfectly executed Proposal!!! Manon had no idea that Javier (with the help from the team at my proposal co.) had planned the perfect Hunter Valley escape…

She said YES!!! And then it was time to call the parents… His in Peru and Hers in France to let them know the news (there were a few tears here).

Then off to complete the horse ride…
